50 selected representatives of critical agencies in Enugu are participating in the three-day sensitisation workshop and training on implementation of the Nigerian Investment Certification program for States (NICPS) in Enugu with the aim of achieving a 5-star rating in the ease of doing business.

The lead consultant, John Oseji, after his presentation said he was impressed with the comportment, commitment and performance of the participants, while highlighting the significance of the training.

The managing director, Enugu State Investment Development Authority, Sam-Ogbu Nwobodo, said he is confident that the State would be certified, considering the provisions on ground by Governor Peter Mbah to make Enugu the number one preferred destination for investment in Nigeria.

The training featured group presentations on the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of investing in the State.
