The apex court on Friday affirmed Governor Mohammed’s victory in the March 18 governorship election in the state and dismissed the petition filed by Air Marshal Sadique Sadique Baba Abubakar (rtd) and his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The institute in a felicitation message signed by its chairman, Alhaji Mohammed Rabiu Wada, yesterday, said it witnessed the continued positive impact of his leadership on both the state and the nation as a whole.

NIPR expressed unwavering optimism that Bala’s affirmation will serve as a catalyst, propelling him to deliver even more profound dividends of democracy and exemplary services to the good people of Bauchi State and Nigeria.

“May your tenure continue to be marked by dedication, progress, and the betterment of the lives of your people,” Rabiu added.
