The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Kaduna State chapter has inaugurated new executives to steer the ship of the party.
The inauguration, which was held yesterday, had Muhammad Lawal Sultan emerging as the chairman.
The national organizing secretary of the party, Hon. Yunusa Bala urged the new excos to secure and win all the 205 wards and the 23 local government seats in the state.
He expressed optimism that the new leadership of NNPP will take over Kaduna in 2027.
“We mean business in Kaduna, and our party is doing well in Kano and at the national level. We will take over the Government House in the next election”.
In his acceptance speech, the newly sworn-in chairman, Muhammad Lawal Sultan, thanked the party for finding him worthy and promised to justify the confidence.
He also appealed for the support and cooperation of members to succeed.
Sultan expressed optimism that NNPP will defeat APC in Kaduna State in the next election.
The secretary of the Inter Party Advisory Council, IPAC, Adamu Idris, urged the new leadership to be constructive and advised them not to build thugs.
The new vice chairman is Dr Baba Ramson Adamu. Aliyu Haruna emerged as the state secretary, while Muhammad Sani Bazallahu became the treasurer. Zubairu Hassan became the organising secretary.
