Northern Governors Celebrate VP Shettima At 58

The Chairman of the Northern Governors’ Forum and Governor of Gombe State, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, has extended warm felicitations to the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima, GCON, on the occasion of his 58th birthday.

On behalf of the 19 northern governors, Governor Inuwa Yahaya praised Senator Shettima as a true patriot and a reliable ally, distinguished by his outstanding pedigree and exceptional competence.

“Your illustrious career and political journey, which saw you serve with distinction as a Senator of the Federal Republic, Governor of Borno State, and as the Chairman of the Northern Governors’ Forum, has provided you with the platform to make substantial contributions to the development and progress not only of your home state but of the entire northern region and Nigeria as a whole,” the NSGF Chairman stated.

He further commended the Vice President for his commitment since assuming office, noting that Senator Shettima has continued to demonstrate an extraordinary dedication to his duties. “Your commitment to the wellbeing and prosperity of the Nigerian people is truly commendable, and your work ethic serves as an inspiration to many,” Governor Inuwa remarked.

He also praised VP Shettima’s loyalty and steadfast patriotism, qualities that have endeared him to Nigerians from all walks of life. He emphasized that the Vice President’s ability to unite people across diverse backgrounds and work towards common goals has made him a shining example of leadership in Nigeria.
