Enyimba failed to provide adequate & effective security in the course of the match leading to poor crowd control and unauthorised persons gaining access to restricted areas.

There was also encroachment onto the pitch at the Enyimba Stadium in Aba by unauthorised persons.

This is in addition to disruption of live broadcast of the match, owing to the unsporting behaviour of Enyimba and failure to control the crowd.

Consequently a fine of N1 million has been imposed on Enyimba for failing to provide adequate & effective security, and preventing unauthorised persons from gaining access to restricted areas.
