NSCDC Arrests 7 Illegal Miners In Niger

Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Niger State command has arrested seven illegal miners in Kataeregi, Katcha local government area of the state.

The state commandant, Suberu Siyaka Aniviye disclosed this while parading the suspects at the state headquarters of the command in Minna.

He said the suspects were  arrested by a team  from the command , saying that all the suspects were male and found at the mining site along  Kataeregi

Bida road with a Sharon vehicle carrying the  products.

The commandant said  the suspects confirmed that they have not obtained any  licence but are into hiring of labourers and selling of zico mineral to the dealers.
