Obi Holds Hope For Nigeria’s Greatness – Secondus

Immediate past national chairman of the main opposition, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Uche Secondus has praised the leadership qualities of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, Peter Obi, and expressed optimism the former Anambra state governor holds a hope for the chances of the country having a credible leader.

Secondus stated this while congratulating Obi for attaining 61 years old yesterday.

In statement on his behalf by his media aide, Ike Abonyi, the former PDP national chairman stated that “exemplary leadership” and “frugal attitude” Obi exhibited during his eight years as governor of Anambra state stood him out as a “generational leader.”
Secondus stated that Obi brought unique and positive style into the nation’s public life when he was governor and wished him more blissful years ahead.
He said, “Obi’s exemplary Leadership quality as exhibited in his eight year tenure in Anambra state stood him out as a generational leader
“Your frugal attitude to public fund is worthy of emulation especially for a struggling country like ours”.
The PDP former chairman also stated that the strength of character and reputation Obi has brought into the nation’s polity has added enormous value to the nation’s political system.
He described the LP presidential candidate as his friend stating that he had brought “unique and positive style” into the nation’s public life and wished him more blissful years ahead.
