Dr. Ogwus, who serves as the President of the Ogwus Youth Empowerment and Community Development Organization (OYECDO), used the platform to issue a strong call to action, urging Nigerian youth and national stakeholders to unite against the rising tide of social vices afflicting communities nationwide.

As an advocate of social harmony and a proven changemaker, Dr. Ogwus exemplifies the kind of dignified leadership Nigeria urgently needs. In a nation seeking renewal and stability, voices like his—rooted in integrity, empathy, and service—are vital.

His unwavering commitment to upholding dignity and uplifting the less privileged reinforces the belief that such individuals deserve positions of authority, where they can extend their impact and continue to put smiles on the faces of those most in need.

Dr. Ogwus has led revolutionary change across the Niger Delta—empowering young people to abandon oil theft, cultism, and crime in favor of education, peacebuilding, and leadership. Through strategic youth sensitization programs, football talent discovery initiatives, and solar energy projects in underserved communities, his grassroots work has accomplished what multi-million-naira interventions have often failed to deliver: lasting impact, trust, and transformation from within.
