The Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN) has officially accredited OLCA Coaching Limited as a Level 3 Coach Training Institution, recognising OLCA’s capability to design and deliver coach training programs that meet LCAN’s global standards.

LCAN made the announcement and official certificate presentation during the recent annual Africa Coaching Week flagship program. The award was officially presented to OLCA’s Chief Catalyst, Dr Lanre Olusola by iconic Nigerian actor Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD).

In the statement, the association congratulated OLCA on achieving this significant milestone and encouraged the institution to maintain excellence in its coaching programs.
OLCA Coaching Limited has completed all prerequisites and requirements for a Level 3 Coach Training Accreditation, said President of LCAN, Omawumi Ogbe.

“This accreditation enables the institution to develop and deliver coaching and therapy training programs at the Level 3 standard. This accreditation opens up a world of opportunities for all certified coach and therapy graduates from OLCA. Upon graduation, they will automatically become basic members of LCAN and can advance to credentialed membership after meeting further requirements,” she added.

In its commitment to elevating coaching standards across the African continent, LCAN also invites other coach training organisations throughout Africa to apply for accreditation.
