Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen, has opened his goal account for the club, scoring twice in less than three minutes as they were held to a 3-3 draw by Kasimpasa at the RAMS Park on Saturday.
Osimhen’s goals helped Okan Buruk’s side to maintain their unbeaten streak in the Turkish Super Lig this season and also ‘finally’ to put an end to Nigerian international goal drought for his new employers.
The 25-year-old opened scoring for the home team after 20 minutes.
The Nigeria international added the second in the 28th minute while Argentina international Mauro Icardi added the third for Galatasaray six minutes later.
Mamadou Fall and Haris Hairadinovic and Nuno Da Costa were both on target for Kasimpasa.
Kasimpasa paraded another Nigerian, Kenneth Omeruo for 70 minutes in the thrilling encounter.
Osimhen was replaced by Dries Mertens after the break.
The powerful striker has so far scored two goals and registered two assists in three league outings for the Yellow and Reds.
