Osun Women Inaugurate Group To mobilize Support For Tinubu/Shettima

Women in Osun State led by the wife of the state Governor, Mrs.  Kafayat Oyetola and the wife of late, former governor of Oyo State, Mrs. Florence Ajimobi on Friday inaugurated a women campaign group christened, ‘Akobi Obinrin’ to mobilise support for Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima.

Mrs. Oyetola while unveiling the group in his campaign office at Osogbo on Friday said, the First Lady of Osun, has demonstrated capacity as the brain behind rallying the women of Osun for good governance in the state.

He noted that women have the numbers, the capacity and the vision to rally women across the nation to ensure resounding victory for the Tinubu/Shettima ticket for sustainable development.

The convener, Mrs Kafayat Oyetola noted that the women group was inaugurated to consistently anchor the participation of women in politics and overall development of the country.

She further urged the women group to continue to mobilize support for Tinubu and other APC candidates in Osun State.
