The Bossey dynasty of Ivioghe, Agenebode, Etsako East Local Government area of Edo State has announced the transition of their son, Otunba Emalunegbe Bossey. Born on October 17, 1948, he died on his 76th birthday on October 17 in Lagos.
According to the burial arrangement released by his family, his body would leave Santa Maria Mortuary, Agenebode, for Usage ClubHouse for lying in state on Wednesday, October 30 at 3 pm while a wake keep will be held at his residence opposite Usagbe ClubHouse at 5 pm.
A funeral Mass is scheduled for Thursday, October 31, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Ivioghe. Interment and a reception will follow immediately at his residence.
The late Otunba Bossey, a foundation member of the University of Benin, was a notable philanthropist, astute businessman, and community leader.
