Beneficiaries were treated for eye problems, typhoid and malaria, among other ailments.
The executive director of the organisation, Pastor Paul Oluibo, said the outreach was part of efforts to reach out to the vulnerable.

He explained that the choice of Ketti Village for the outreach was made after discovering that there was no medical facility in the area.

He said, “Government cannot do everything. For us, this is another way of helping and reaching out to hopeless Nigerians. It is our own little way of sharing love among Nigerians. The choice of this village is because we noticed they need medical attention. There are no medical facilities around. We have moved around and felt the pulse of the people. Many of them can’t afford Panadol. Some of them are tormented by ordinary malaria and this is why we are here to offer our assistance.”

He said millions of naira was spent on the programme for free medical checks, free medicines and medical eyeglasses.

On the number beneficiaries, Pastor Oluibo said, “At least, a minimum of 500 people have benefited from this outreach. Impact 23 is here to change things. We believe that we Nigerians can solve our problems and we are here to make the change.”
