Barely 24 hours after he was sacked by the Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde, as chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Park Management System (PMS), Policemen have stormed the residence of Mukaila Lamidi, a.k.a Auxiliary, and recovered ammunitions and charms.
Policemen were said to have stormed Auxilliary’s residence at Olodo on Monday evening after an intelligence report that he and his boys were planning to launch attack in the state capital on Tuesday.
It would be recalled that the state governor, Makinde, sacked Auxiliary and dissolved the PMS on Monday, after taking his oath for a second term in office.
Auxiliary was said to have escaped but some of his boys were arrested during the Police raid.
Items recovered from the residence included 474 live cartridges, cash, charms, cutlasses, knives, guns among others.
