The Papyrus Magazine has announced the launch of the Global Legislators’ Compendium (GLC), a transformative initiative aimed at elevating legislative recognition and fostering cross-border collaboration.
The comprehensive framework features the PAGMOLAA Charter Laureates, the PAMOLAA Laureates Council, and the Advisory Board and Council Members of the GLC.
A statement by the publisher of Papyrus Magazine Doofan Damsa Justin, said these new structures, Papyrus Global noted, are part of a strategic transition toward a broader, more internationally connected legislative recognition system.
Justin said,” With active participation expected from lawmakers and governance stakeholders across multiple African countries, the United States, and Europe, the scale of engagement had expanded beyond initial projections.

She noted that the adjustment, therefore, became necessary to guarantee an event befitting its global audience.
She said that the Papyrus Global assured that a new date in March 2026 would be announced soon, urging all nominees and awardees to finalise outstanding requirements as stated in their Award Conferment Letters.
The organisation further reaffirmed its gratitude to partners, collaborators, and international institutions for their patience and support, stressing its determination to deliver a “world-class programme that embodies excellence, global representation, and institutional prestige.
