Faleye made the remarks at a meeting with the national coordinator of the Service Compact With All Nigerians (SERVICOM), Nnenna Akajemeli, who led an advocacy delegation to the NSITF headquarters in Abuja.

During the meeting, Faleye said his administration has implemented reforms aimed at improving service delivery and increasing transparency in the fund’s operations.

According to a statement by the general manager, corporate affairs, Nwachukwu Godson, the MD also assured SERVICOM that the NSITF would go “above and beyond” to ensure that the beneficiaries of the employees compensation scheme receive the best possible services.

He further expressed confidence that the collaboration between NSITF and SERVICOM would drive impactful reforms, enhance efficiency, and significantly boost service satisfaction.

Faleye also stressed the importance of the fund’s nodal, desk and focal officers having a comprehensive understanding of the fund’s processes and procedures. This, he noted, would be essential to fostering a fruitful partnership with SERVICOM.

The MD also promised the adoption of the fund’s updated service charter, which he said would be subject to continuous review to ensure its dynamism and interactivity. The Service Charter will serve as a benchmark for evaluating the Fund’s services and ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations.

In her remarks, Akajemeli stressed the importance of quality service delivery in public institutions, particularly in agencies like NSITF that play a pivotal role in the welfare of Nigerian workers.

She advocated for a strengthened partnership between SERVICOM and NSITF to optimise processes and align them with global best practices.

Akajemeli also commended the improvements in service delivery at the Fund, expressing confidence that the new management would further enhance performance.
