A new chapter of progress is unfolding across rural areas in Gombe State, and it’s one that communities along the Ture- Dogonrowa- Bakasi-Galengu corridor will feel for generations.
This 33KM road project is a bold stride under Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s Network 11-100 Initiative, a visionary plan committed to delivering no less than 100 kilometres of roads in each of the 11 LGAs across the state. With this milestone, that vision is steadily becoming reality.
Stretching across Balanga and parts of Kaltungo LGAs, the road now serves as a vital link between communities that were once isolated by poor access.
This road, executed by Datum Construction Nigeria Ltd, was commissioned recently by Governor Inuwa Yahaya, alongside his Adamawa State counterpart, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
But beyond the ceremony lies the real story of mpact, as local farmers can now move their harvests faster and more efficiently. Traders will see improved access to markets. Transportation is made safer, quicker and more reliable. Entire communities are being drawn into the economic mainstream.
This is a clear demonstration that when rural communities are connected, growth follows.
