Ambassador Alan Peter Adeboye has continued to play a defining role in shaping Nigeria’s next generation through sustained investments in youth development, human capital advancement, and leadership training.

Dr Adeboye has built a growing reputation for his work in human capital development, business consulting, and human resources management. With over five years of professional experience, he has supported organisations in strengthening workforce capacity, improving organisational performance, and bridging strategic and operational gaps.

He is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Ilorin. He holds a Fellowship Doctorate in Strategic Business Management from the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics (CIPRMP), Ghana. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) in Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

A statement issued by Emmanuel Anabueze said Dr Adeboye has contributed to several high-impact projects across public and private sector institutions, including the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), Alphatech Hub Integrated Services, and BGR Consulting Ltd. His professional focus spans recruitment and talent acquisition, employee training, leadership coaching, organisational restructuring, and performance management.

Beyond corporate engagements, he is widely recognised for his commitment to youth empowerment. Through structured capacity-building programmes, mentorship initiatives, and leadership development platforms, Dr Adeboye has trained and mentored thousands of Nigerian youths and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members, equipping them with employability skills, ethical values, and leadership competence.

His contributions earned him the National Award for Impact in Youth Training and Development at the National Humanitarian Summit, held on May 8, 2025, at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja. Fumilayo Health Foundation Africa organised the summit under the theme “Strengthening Humanitarian Efforts for a Resilient Nation.”

In this role, he engages with policymakers, civil society organisations, and international partners to promote youth-focused development initiatives.

With a leadership philosophy rooted in service, ethics, and capacity building, Ambassador (Dr.) Alan Peter Adeboye continues to position youth development as a cornerstone for national resilience, contributing meaningfully to the making of Nigeria’s next generation.
