Taking to his verified Facebook page to announce the donation thereafter, Governor Sanwo-Olu noted that security is vital for maintaining economic stability and community safety, adding that it remains a top priority for his administration.

Sanwo-Olu wrote: “Today, at our 18th Annual Town Hall Meeting on Security, I handed over 250 brand new patrol vehicles, along with essential hardware, communication devices, and protective gear, to our dedicated police force.

“This initiative represents a significant advancement in our efforts to strengthen security operations throughout Lagos State. Security is vital for maintaining economic stability and community safety, and it remains a top priority for us in Lagos. We are steadfast in our commitment to enhancing safety for all Lagosians.
