The police public relations officer in the state, Grace Iringe-Koko, who disclosed this to our correspondent, however, did not state the number of the travellers abducted.

Iringe-Koko stated that the commissioner of police, Olatunji Disu, has mandated the deputy commissioner of police in charge of operations, Olugbenga Adepoju and the divisional police officers (DPOs) in the area to ensure that victims regain their freedom as soon as possible.
