Kebbi State Police Command has decorated assistant commissioner of police (ACP) Aliyu A. Rabah with the rank of deputy commissioner of police (DCP) at a ceremony held at the command’s headquarters yesterday.

His elevation was part of the recent nationwide promotion exercise by the Police Service Commission, announced through the Office of the Inspector-General of Police.

The ceremony was presided over by commissioner of police, CP Bello Sani, who was assisted by the deputy commissioner of police (Administration), among other senior officers.

Sani congratulated Rabah on his well-deserved promotion, praising his dedication and service to the Nigeria Police Force.

“DCP Rabbah’s promotion is a testament to his hard work and commitment to upholding the values of the force,” Sani said.

Rabbah expressed gratitude to the inspector-general of police (IGP) and the Police Service Commission for the recognition they had received.

“I am humbled by this promotion and assure the Nigeria Police Force of my continued service and commitment to maintaining peace and security in this country,” he said.

Senior police officers, including Area Commander Birnin Kebbi, ACs, CSPs, DSPs, and DPO Birnin Kebbi, CSP Nasiru Sifawa, among others, attended the ceremony.
