Police Discover Lifeless Body Hanging On A Tree In Adamawa

Adamawa State police command has discovered a lifeless body hanging on a tree at the foothills of Bagale Mountain, Girei local government area.

The victim, identified as Ahmed Mohammed, male, 46, of Anguwan Hona, was taken to Cottage Hospital, Girei, where he was confirmed dead by a medical doctor.

Investigation is ongoing to unravel the circumstances surrounding the death, the police said

The command called on members of the public with useful information to come forward and assist the command with the ongoing investigation.

SP Suleiman Nguroje, police spokesperson in the state, said the investigation had started on the matter.
