Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, in a statement on Wednesday disclosed that “the Police Inspector and his supervising DSP have been brought in for questioning while the Complaint Response Unit has established contact with the woman in the video.”

He added that the Command totally condemns the unprofessional conduct of the Inspector, stressing that “it does not represent the ethics and operational standards of the Nigeria Police Force.”

The Command equally assured Lagosians that the investigation will be swift, thorough and conclusive, while ensuring that the officers are disciplined as appropriate.
