Pro-Fubara Lawmakers To Screen 1 Commissioner-nominee Monday

The Rt. Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo-led faction of the Rivers State House of Assembly will this Monday, July 8, 2024, screen and possibly confirm a Commissioner-nominee, Barrister Emmanuel Frank-Fubara, as a member of the State Executive Council.

A statement signed by the Clerk of the House, Dr. Goodnews Gillis-West, directed the nominee to appear before the lawmakers by 10:00am along with 12 sets of his curriculum vitae (CV) and the original and photocopies of his credentials.

The terse statement read in part: “The Rivers State House of Assembly invites the Commissioner nominee Barr. Emmanuel Frank-Fubara for screening and confirmation as member of the Rivers State Executive Council.

“Date: Monday, 8th July, 2024. Time: 10am. Venue: Hallowed Chamber, Rivers State House of Assembly, Auditorium, Admin Block, Rivers State Government House, Port Harcourt.

“The nominee is to come along with twelve (12) sets of his curriculum vitae (CV) and the originals and photocopies of his credentials.”
