As Valentine’s Day celebrations swept across Nigeria on February 14, QNET, a global wellness and lifestyle brand, leveraged the occasion to deepen its engagement with local communities through a dynamic and interactive radio show in partnership with Rhythm FM Lagos.

Beyond just celebrating love, the event underscored QNET’s broader commitment to fostering meaningful connections and enriching lives. Listeners tuned in for an immersive experience filled with interactive discussions, fun challenges, and exclusive giveaways, featuring premium QNET products such as Bernhard H. Mayer watches, the Chi Pendant 4, and the Amezcua E-Guard X.

The initiative was part of QNET’s ongoing effort to enhance brand-community relationships and align with its 2025 global theme, “Together We Rise.” With over 60 percent of Nigerians participating in Valentine’s Day activities (Statista, 2024), QNET seized the moment to create a platform that encouraged heartfelt conversations and strengthened its bond with customers.

QNET’s regional general manager for Sub-Saharan Africa, Biram Fall, in a press statement, said, “Our mission goes beyond selling products; it’s about creating positive experiences and building relationships. This show allowed us to engage with our audience in an authentic, memorable way, and the overwhelming response reaffirmed the impact of such initiatives.”

The event also emphasised QNET’s role in empowering entrepreneurs through its direct-selling business model, which supports over 5 million individuals globally (World Federation of Direct Selling Associations, 2024). By integrating community engagement into its operations, the company continues to position itself as a trusted partner in both wellness and business opportunities.

CEO of Transblue Limited, Akeem Ajisafe, highlighted the significance of the initiative: “Valentine’s Day is about more than romance; it’s about connection, generosity, and shared experiences. This collaboration with Rhythm FM provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate love in all its forms while showcasing our dedication to uplifting communities.”
