The Amirul Hajj of the state and immediate past Speaker of the Katsina State House of Assembly, Tasiu Musa Maigari, disposed this to the state pilgrims in Makkah in a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to Gov Radda, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed and made available to press in the state.
