“I would like to assure you that the Ministry would closely monitor the performance of the vendors and contractors with a view to ensuring that they adhere to the contractual agreement signed between them and the state government.

“His Excellency Hon Mai Mala Buni is passionate about the plight of the people especially the less privileged and as you can see he vested this on our hands hence we cannot fold our arms seeing any contractor or vendor compromising on the agreement reached.

“This is a holy month, a month that every muslim wants to benefit from the bounties of our creator, the Almighty hence the contractors should consider the assignment of feeding the people across the state as a privilege to serve humanity for reward in the hereafter.”

The commissioner used the forum and called on the people, especially the wealthy individuals, to complement the efforts of governor Mai Mala Buni by supporting the needy for a prosperous and more united society.
