Rangers technical adviser, Fidelis Ilechukwu, has rallied support for the newly appointed Super Eagles head coach, Finidi George.

Ilechukwu said that Finidi’s success will enhance the reputation of local coaches.

The young tactician further reckoned that the appointment is a further testament of indigenous coaches ability to tinker the Super Eagles.

The former MFM coach also expressed confidence in the ability of Finidi to succeed on his new job.

“Finidi must succeed, we are all praying for him because his appointment doesn’t only involve him its involves NPFL coaches too,” he told Football temple.

“If Finidi fails the NPFL coaches have failed because I don’t think we will have that type of chance again as NPFL coaches, that’s why we are praying for his success.

“All NPFL coaches are going to support him, I believe he has the qualities, capacity and everything needed in a coach to succeed with the Super Eagles.”
