Real Mogul Ochacho Gifts Peller, Wife ₦400m Abuja Mansion At White Wedding

TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, alias Jarvis, have received a ₦400 million mansion in Abuja as a wedding gift from real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho.

The surprise gift was announced by the founder of Ochacho Real Homes during the couple’s lavish white wedding held in Lagos on Friday, with the announcement made publicly on Saturday.

Presenting the gift before guests at the ceremony, King Ochacho said the mansion was a wedding present from his family to the newlyweds.

“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller,” he declared to loud applause.

Videos capturing the emotional moment quickly circulated across social media, showing the couple embracing as guests celebrated the surprise announcement.

The wedding attracted several celebrities and social media personalities, including actresses Iyabo Ojo and Eniola Badmus, influencer Nons Miraj, singer Zinoleesky, actress Papaya Ex, content creator Cute Abiola, socialite Soso Soberekon, influencer Purple Speedy and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

The generous gift follows an earlier promise made by King Ochacho to support Peller’s marriage. During the wedding ceremony of music executive Soso Soberekon months ago, the businessman had invited the TikTok star to his own wedding and pledged financial assistance.

At the time, he told Peller, “I am going to send you six zeros, millions,” before requesting his phone number.

Peller and Jarvis’ relationship reached a major milestone in June 2026 when the content creator proposed to her at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana.

The couple later completed their traditional marriage rites in Benin City, Edo State, where Peller formally paid the bride price to Jarvis’ family.

They subsequently legalised their union at a court wedding in Lagos on July 29 before celebrating their white wedding in Lagos on Friday, where they received the multimillion-naira property gift.
