Sa’adu Zungur Varsity Warns On Fake Admission

Sa’adu Zungur University (SAZU), Bauchi has alerted the general public, especially admission seekers, on a fake admission letter, claimed to have emanated from the university, issued to one Muhammad Aisha Yahaya, offering admission to study for a Bachelor of Law (LLB).

A statement by the public relations officer of the institution, Mr Auwal Hassan and made available to journalists in Bauchi on Saturday, said this admission offer is completely fake and has no basis in reality.

“Attention of the management of Sa’adu Zungur University has been drawn to a fake admission letter, supposedly from the university, issued to one Muhammad Aisha Yahaya, to study Bachelor of Law (LLB).”

The university disclaimed any involvement in the issuance of fake admission letters.

Auwal added that, “Our admission processes are transparent, and all legitimate admission offers are communicated directly to applicants through the university’s official website.”

He warned the general public, particularly students and parents to beware of activities of fraudsters and advised them to always verify all admission offers through the official website of the university.
