to all political parties without any encumbrance.
The party said at a press conference in Bauchi that all nomination forms should be sold at a fee not exceeding N100, 000.

The SDP asked that sufficient time be given for the collection, submission of completed forms, as well as for campaigns by all candidates, stressing that all these are constitutional rights that should be protected by the Bauchi State Independent Electoral Commission (BASIEC) at all costs.

Bauchi SDP State Secretary, Nasiru Dan Bauchi, said the commission must also not collect anything as administrative charge from anybody because it received funding from the state government to conduct the election.
