American music Producer and business mogul Sean Diddy Combs has yet again faced new lawsuit of sexual assault on Tuesday by former model and ex-beauty, Queen Crystal McKinney.
This lawsuit came a few days after LEADERSHIP reported Diddy apologising over a recently surfaced surveillance video where he was physically abusing his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
In the new charges filed by McKinney in New York, the ex-Queen claims that Diddy allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted her at a New York’s Men’s Fashion Week event in 2003.
According to McKinney, Combs came to her in a “sexually suggestive manner”, Mckinney who was 22 at that time said she was confused but was hopeful that Combs would ‘fulfill his promises to help her career’.
McKinney alleged that Combs invited her to his studio and offered her marijuana which was laced with narcotic or other intoxicating substance. After which he led her to the bathroom where he forced her to perform oral sex on him.
The ex-beauty queen also alleged that she lost consciousness afterwards only to wake up in a taxicab heading to her then-Designer’s apartment.
McKinney claimed she regained consciousness only to discover she had been sexually assaulted by Diddy Combs.
The former queen is suing Combs for violation of the New York victims of gender motivated violence protection law, marking the sixth sexual assault lawsuit against Combs in recent months out of which only Ventura’s case has been settled.
