The defendants – Daniel Edom, 22; Jonah Babatunde, 39; Moses Okoo, 43; and Emmanuel Anyanger, 27 – all reside at Oniwaya, Agege, Lagos State. They face charges of conspiracy and stealing but pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, ASP Raji Akeem, informed the court that the defendants committed the offences on Oct. 29, 2023, at SKYVille Company located at No. 9, Acme Road, Ogba, Lagos State.

He noted that the offences contravened Sections 287 and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
