Security Tops Achievements As Akwa Ibom Council Presents Scorecard

As the current executive leaders across the 31 local government areas of Akwa Ibom State clocked one year in office, the  chairman of Mkpat Enin LGA, Engr. Emmanuel Inyang has presented his scorecard, listing security as one of his major achievements in the last year.

To tackle insecurity effectively within the council and its environs, the administration, he stated, has invested in the security of lives and properties by boosting the morale of officers and rehabilitation of the divisional police station.

Speaking during the commissioning ceremony performed by the commissioner of Police Engr. Inyang, he explained that the decision to rehabilitate the police facility was borne out of his unwavering commitment to security and community development.
