Maj. Oladoke gave the charge on Sunday during an interdenominational thanksgiving service at the Nigerian Airforce Protestant church in Kano to mark Armforces remembrance day.

He emphasised the spirit of togetherness and asked them to understand that victory comes from God; hence, there is a need to seek and lead Him to take the lead for a sure win.

Admonishing them from the book of Joshua 1:1-7, he said God can give the power to face any authority and victory against any form of insecurity bedevilling the country, such as banditry and kidnapping.

While calling on their wives to remain steadfast in praying for their spouse’s victory, he tasked the officers to stay courageous and disciplined and always have a place for God in their hearts to be able to stand firm.
