Senator Aliero Distributes Grains, Farm Inputs To Constituents

Senator Muhammadu Adamu Aliero, representing Kebbi Central Senatorial District, has distributed assorted grains and farm inputs to thousands of his supporters and loyalists across the 8 local government areas of the zone.

The grains, consisting of bags of rice, millet, maize and Sorghum, were distributed in Birnin Kebbi, Kalgo, Bunza, Jega, Gwandu, Maiyama, Koko-Besse and Aliero which make up the Kebbi Central Senatorial District.

He made the distribution on Wednesday evening to his supporters at the premises of Labana Rice Mill in Birnin Kebbi.

The items include 20 tractors, 11 mini-buses, 12,000 bags of rice, 1,000 bags of millet, 1,000 bags of maize and 4 truck-load of fertilisers.

While thanking Senator Aliero’s loyalists for their continuous support and the ruling party, APC, a close associate of the senator, Alhaji Samaila Bui, said Aliero had earlier distributed cows, refrigerators and other items to women in his constituents as part of the dividends of democracy to the people.

His senior legislative aide, Dr Abubakar Bello, affirmed Aliero’s commitment to the discharge of his constitutional responsibility as a legislator by uplifting the wellbeing the communities in his constituency.

The state’s APC vice-chairman, Ado Mudi Augie, commended the legislator for his benevolence to his constituents, urging the beneficiaries to use the materials judiciously.
