Senator Katung Meets Israeli Ambassador, Discusses IT, Agriculture, And Educational Collaboration

Senator Sunday Marshall Katung, representing Kaduna South senatorial district, met with Ambassador Michael Freeman of Israel to Nigeria, focusing on cooperation in information technology, agriculture, and education in southern Kaduna.

During the meeting, Ambassador Freeman emphasised Israel’s interest in deepening its partnership with Nigeria. He outlined plans for collaboration in technology and agriculture, specifically targeting initiatives that would benefit Senator Katung’s senatorial district.

Ambassador Freeman also shared a commitment to support education in Kaduna South by equipping a local school with computers, aiming to boost digital skills among students.

The conversation further explored ways to share agricultural knowledge and improve education around sustainable farming practices in Kaduna South Senatorial district.
