WAKING UP EARLY
Teaching children to rise early each morning is a valuable habit. Consistency is key, encouraging them to wake up at the same time every day, be it a school day or a holiday. Setting alarms and ensuring they respond promptly helps cultivate discipline.

MAKING THE BED
Immediately after waking, instill the practice of making their beds. Teach them to tidy their sleeping space, neatly folding bedsheets and arranging pillows.

MORNING HYGIENE
Promote independence by teaching children to perform their morning rituals autonomously. This includes brushing their teeth, washing their face, using the restroom, and taking a bath.

MEDITATION AND PRAYERS
Introduce children to the calming influence of meditation and prayers. Encourage them to meditate or recite prayers in the morning, fostering gratitude and empathy.

PACKING ESSENTIALS
Encourage your child to take responsibility for their school essentials. Whether in the morning or the night before, help them pack their bags with necessary books and materials. Let them independently place their lunchbox and water bottle into the bag.

ENCOURAGE THEM TO ENGAGE IN MORNING ACTIVITIES
Energising morning stretches or short exercise increases vitality and uplifts a good mood with the help of creating a background for a healthier lifestyle.
