Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi Foundation has commissioned the newly constructed Mu’assasa Model Quranic Nursery and Primary School in Bauchi as part of its efforts to improve learning.
Speaking during the commissioning ceremony yesterday, the state commissioner for education, Dr. Jamila Mohammed Dahiru, commended the foundation for its commitment and efforts on education.
Represented by director in the ministry, Hajiya Aishat Aminu, she also urged the foundation to do more for the educational development of the state.
The commissioner reiterated the commitment of the state government to prioritise education.
She said integrating Islamic studies into modern education would foster a well-rounded understanding.
She called for collaborative efforts to address social issues and promote collective growth in the state.
