The chairman of Soba local government area of Kaduna State, Hon. Muhammad Lawal Shehu has congratulated Kaduna State governor, Senator Uba Sani for winning the prestigious “Governor of the Year” award at the just concluded ThisDay/AriseTV Anniversary Awards ceremony which held on Monday 27th January 2025, in Lagos.
In his congratulatory message, Shehu praised Governor Sani for his proactive leadership style, which had brought significant development to the state. He also commended the governor’s initiatives to promote development across various sectors.
“I am delighted to congratulate His Excellency, Governor Uba Sani, on this well-deserved recognition. His
exceptional leadership style, tireless efforts to tackle insecurity, promote unity, and attract investments to Kaduna State have rightfully earned him this award.

Governor Sani emerged “Governor of the Year” following a thorough evaluation and assessment of his administration’s achievements in several critical sectors, such as security, infrastructure, education, economic development, unity, and overall growth in Kaduna State.
