The three-month training, to be handled by the Public Works Sector of the NDE, requires interested persons to register online or contact their office in Sokoto for assistance or guidance.

Speaking on the benefits of skills and commencement date for the online registration, Sokoto State NDE acting coordinator, Lukman Abubakar, said the 3-month skills programme entails over 30 different sets of skills to be learnt, adding applicants should visit the NDE site from 28th July to 11th August, 2015, to register online.

While appealing to unemployed and unskilled youths across the state to take advantage of the opportunity and apply in good time, Lukman said, the NDE is deeply committed to promoting the massive job creation mandate of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration through the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI).
