Sporty Group has unveiled a new TV commercial featuring Grammy award winner Damini Ogulu popularly known as Burna Boy as its global ambassador.

The commercial blends Burna Boy’s signature Afro-fusion sound with striking visuals that showcase the artist promoting African cultural unity and excellence. It also features other sports and cultural icons such as Asisat Oshoala, Victor Osimhen, Cheslin Kolbe, and Benni McCarthy, inviting audiences to experience the excitement of sports entertainment through SportyBet’s user-friendly platform.

The TV commercial represents another milestone in a strategic partnership that began with Burna Boy’s appointment as Sporty Group’s global brand ambassador.

The collaboration has seen the two powerhouses unite to create authentic, culturally resonant content that bridges the worlds of sports, entertainment, music, and fashion.

Elias Gallego, Vice President of Marketing Media at Sporty Group noted that the campaign has helped us showcase the beauty and cultural wealth of Africa through music, fashion, and sports.

“This TV commercial represents the next step in a strong partnership between Sporty Group and African music legend, Burna Boy. Our campaign has helped us showcase the beauty and cultural wealth of Africa through music, fashion, and sports. It is the perfect expression of our shared vision and represents the natural progression of a partnership that has already delivered incredible creative moments.”

The relationship between Sporty Group and Burna Boy entered a new phase in early January with the release of a collaborative music video for the artist’s new single, “For Everybody,” which captured the attention of millions of fans worldwide. The latest television commercial builds on that success, showcasing Burna Boy’s magnetic presence and influence while highlighting Sporty Group’s commitment to delivering world-class experiences for its users.

“Burna Boy embodies the spirit of excellence, authenticity, and global cultural impact that aligns perfectly with SportyBet’s values,” Gallego added. “This campaign demonstrates our commitment to elevating sports entertainment through meaningful cultural partnerships.”
