Nigerian singer-songwriter, Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, best known as ‘Spyro’, has linked the financial struggles of some entertainers to excessive spending on women and lavish parties.

Speaking during a performance at a weekend event, the singer described such spending as a poor financial decision. He said there is nothing wrong with supporting women, but warned against going overboard.

Spyro urged men to focus on saving and investing rather than spending money on short-term pleasures. He claimed some of his colleagues lost their fortunes after using their first major earnings on parties and expensive trips to South Africa.
