In a heartfelt message of goodwill, the chairman and CEO of Swift Lane Cab Services Limited, Mallam Mohammed Ali, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the governor of Gombe State, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, who turns 64 today.
