The roadshow, featuring music icon Olamide Badoo and Nollywood star Femi Adebayo, showcased the company’s determination to provide affordable plots of land in the high-demand Apo-Gude area without compromising on infrastructure and security.

Managing Director and CEO of T Pumpy Concept Limited, Chief Akintayo Adaralegbe, said the initiative reflects the company’s deep commitment to helping more Nigerians own land and build homes in the Federal Capital Territory.

“Our goal is simple—to make homeownership a reality, not a dream, for every Nigerian. The T Pumpy Mega City is our answer to the housing needs of ordinary people who want a secure and affordable place to call their own,” Adaralegbe said.

The company’s ongoing pre-launch sales promo, which began on March 31 and runs until April 17, offers 500sqm plots for N5 million, 300sqm for N3.5 million, and 200sqm for N2.5 million. All plots come with FCDA-issued Certificates of Occupancy, ensuring the legal integrity of each investment.

In a show of public trust, T Pumpy’s brand ambassador Femi Adebayo praised the developer’s transparency and track record.

“I’ve done my research. T Pumpy provides real title documents, and that’s why I proudly stand with them,” he said.

Beyond affordability, the Mega City promises modern infrastructure, including well-paved roads, electricity, water, and a secure environment—features that make it a valuable investment for both first-time homeowners and seasoned investors.

Adaralegbe emphasized that the roadshow is part of a broader mission to bridge Nigeria’s housing deficit and empower families with safe and comfortable living spaces.

T Pumpy ambassador Femi Adebayo also lent his voice to the campaign.

He emphasized the importance of integrity in land documentation.

“As someone who has thoroughly researched T Pumpy, I can vouch for the legitimacy of their titles. This is not just about buying land; it’s about buying peace of mind.”

According to Adebayo, clients who invest in T Pumpy properties benefit not only from affordability but also from transparency and security, with zero risks of property disputes or encroachments.

Beyond pricing, T Pumpy Concept Limited is also focused on quality. The Mega City is designed to include modern amenities such as paved roads, steady electricity, reliable water supply, and round-the-clock security—creating an ideal environment for residential living.
