The Association of Academic Staff Union College of Agriculture (ASUCA) Taraba State chapter has demanded the immediate release of the members‘ withheld step-down allowances owed by the state government.

It also urged its members to stop extorting students by all means in the school, stating that it would not be condoned any longer.

The newly elected chairman of ASUCA Taraba State chapter Mr Musa Gaji stated this at the premises of the College of Agriculture, Science and Technology Jalingo Taraba State during the inauguration of the newly elected executive members yesterday.
