Sanusi Mohammed Galadima, aspirant for the seat of House of Representatives for Sardauna, Gashaka and Kurmi Federal Constituency in Taraba State, has pledged to attract Federal Government projects to the constituency if elected during the forthcoming 2027 general election.

He made the pledge in an address shortly after he presented a letter of intent to contest the position of Member of House of Representatives under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the ward headquarters of the party in Nguroje, Sardauna Local Government Area of Taraba State.

The aspirant, popularly called Prince Sanusi, explained that his desire to contest for the seat of Member of House of Representatives was because of his desire to bring development to his people.

He stated further that his zeal to bring the presence of the Federal Government and the provision of basic amenities to the people motivated him to aspire for the seat of Member House of Representatives.

He said the three local government areas of the constituency — Sardauna, Gashaka and Kurmi — are endowed with human, natural, agricultural and tourism potentials which need to be harnessed to improve the economic development of the constituency.

Prince Sanusi stated further that electricity and good road networks were lacking in the constituency and promised to lobby to address the problem.

“As a person born and brought up here in Sardauna Local Government Area, I know the yearnings of our people in the three local government areas that make up the Sardauna, Gashaka and Kurmi Federal Constituency.

“The residents of these areas have been coexisting in harmony and share common interests, and they are yearning for development including good road networks, hospitals and electricity for social and economic development,” he said.

In his remarks, APC Nguroje Ward Chairman, Adam Nguroje, assured Prince Sanusi of the support of the entire members of the All Progressives Congress in the ward.
He said members of the party would work together to ensure that the aspirant actualizes his aspiration to represent the constituency at the National Assembly.

He said Prince Sanusi is a person of integrity, honesty and zeal to bring development to the area and therefore urged the electorate in Nguroje Ward and Sardauna Local Government Area to support the aspirant.
