‎‎Actor and BBNaija Star, Teddy A, has berated Oyo State Governor over his inability to provide security for the schools in Oyo State that led to the attack and abduction of students and school teachers in Oyo State on May 15.
‎
‎
‎The students have been in captivity for more than two weeks, and the sad occurrence happened, and celebrities, Nigerians have lamented on this, urging government and security officials to rescue the students from the hands of evil men, bandits
‎
‎Teddy A weighed in on the funds received to tackle insecurity. He wondered what the security votes given to Governors are used for, and there seems to be a gap in securing citizens in Nigeria.
‎
‎The actor who is pained by this sad development alleged that “Oyo state gets 12 billion naira annually for security vote from the federation, yet Governor Seyi Makinde can’t provide security for his people. Instead, he is playing politics with the lives of his people for his presidential ambition”.
‎
‎The citizens are desirous of result-oriented action and want both federal and state governments to act fast and fix the lingering insecurity situation and rescue the students and teachers who are in captivity of bandits and terrorists.
