The Complaint Form

I explained to her what I had to the customer care lady and she listened attentively and then calmly took over the case, sitting behind the desk already vacated by the customer care lady. She looked at my account and asked me to fill a complaints form. She handed one to me. I patiently filled out the form, wondering when I would get my money back. I eventually handed over the filled out form and voiced my concerns, “When will this be treated?” The lady manager sighed and told me it usually took a week, but seeing as I was dealing directly with her, she would follow it up so that I can get a response and if possible a reversal sooner.
