The Offline Dilemma: Be Professional, Be Accountable

The driver has no right to end a trip without the customer’s knowledge it’s illegal. I want to advise people taking App hailing taxis to be attentive to what is on the app so they know when the driver unceremoniously and without their knowledge goes off line.

At this point I will also advise drivers using this app to show some courtesy and respect by doing the right thing. Appreciate the fact that you can make this extra income from the company that provided the enabling environment and stay online so that they can also make their gain.
